Reverse Hypers
The last week of July I sprained my lower back pretty good. It wasn't a sudden pop or anything but I woke up the next morning with stiffness and muscle spasms. This wasn't my first lower back injury so I knew what to expect. I figured in a week or two i'd be back in action.
Turns out this time was different. The spasms did get better pretty quickly after about a week or so. They'd occasionally return and all but disappeared about a week or so ago. However, stiffness and weakness remained.
It was suggested I check out a reverse hyper machine. I did and and ordered one in after about 30 minutes of thinking about it.

After just a few days of doing 3x15 sets a couple times a day, my back is feeling dramatically better. It's not fully healed yet but after nearly two months of slow to no progress, I can now see the light.
