Back in September, I reported how reverse hypers were helping a lot.
They did!
However, it was a quick ratchet up and then a plateau.
I was both excited for the progress and disappointed in another stall. Oh well, gotta keep fighting.
A friend of mine at my CrossFit gym, Coach Alexie, mentioned the success he was having with the folks at evo.pt so decided I’d give them a try.
The promise was this wasn’t ordinary PT that focused on rehab from work related injuries and post-surgery rehab. They worked with athletes and understood their movement patterns and goals.
I’m only four sessions in and the progress has been remarkable but more than that I’m understanding more about my body and some of the sticking points I have had for a long time that have led the issues I’m resolving now with my back.
I still have some ways to go but am doing more and more in the gym.
